حذف الحساب والبيانات

الحذف من داخل التطبيق
إذا كان التطبيق متاحاً لديك، افتح الملف الشخصي ← حذف الحساب والبيانات ← حذف نهائي. يتم حذف الحساب وبياناته المرتبطة مباشرة.
In the app, open Profile → Delete account and data → Permanently delete. The account and associated data are then deleted directly.
ما الذي سيتم حذفه؟
- حساب Firebase ومعلومات الملف الشخصي، مثل الاسم والبريد والصورة.
- سجلات الصلاة وحديقة الصلاة والتسبيح والإعدادات المتزامنة.
- عضويات المجموعات والنقاط وبيانات المتابعة والتنبيهات.
- المحادثات والرسائل المرتبطة بالحساب.
البيانات المحتفظ بها: لا نحتفظ ببيانات شخصية مرتبطة بالحساب بعد إتمام الحذف، إلا إذا أصبح الاحتفاظ مطلوباً قانوناً، وفي هذه الحالة يقتصر على المدة والغرض المفروضين قانوناً.
What is deleted?
- Firebase account and profile information.
- Prayer records, prayer garden, synced tasbeeh and settings.
- Group memberships, scores, accountability and notification data.
- Chats and messages associated with the account.
Retained data: No personal data linked to the account is retained after completion unless retention is legally required, in which case it is limited to the legally required purpose and period.

أرسل النموذج التالي باستخدام البريد المسجل في حساب صُحبة. سنراجع الطلب، نتحقق من ملكية الحساب، ونكمل الحذف خلال 7 أيام عمل.
